Fisher Fabrication Services, Inc. Acquires Alloy Construction Service, Inc.

Midland, MI - September 1, 2026 - Fisher Fabrication Services, Inc., the newest member of the Fisher Companies, has acquired the assets of Alloy Construction Service, Inc., a structural and architectural steel fabrication company based in Midland, Michigan. 

 

The acquisition marks an important and positive step in the Fisher Companies’ growth strategy; vertically integrating to expand the companies’ offerings to include steel fabrication services. Through the acquisition, Fisher Fabrication Services will build upon the strong foundation established by Alloy Construction Service, while also seeking opportunities to expand into new markets, diversify the company’s offerings, and extend the company’s reach throughout the United States. 

 

Founded in 1981, Alloy Construction Service has built a strong reputation within the steel fabrication industry, with a focus in steel structures, fabrication, facility infrastructure, docks, and doors. With almost half a century of experience and a firm dedication to excellence, the company’s values align with those held by Fisher Fabrication Services and the Fisher Companies.
